In Summer 2018 Autarsys, Autarsys will integrate a 127 kWh energy storage system (ESS) with a 174-kVA inverter and a 300 kWp plant.

Mam Rashan, is a refugee camp of 8,500 in the Dohuk district of northern Iraq near the Syrian and Turkish borders. It will have a specialized solar and storage system with the ability to prioritize the delivery of energy based on needs.

The project is overseen and coordinated by atmosfair, a nonprofit focused on environmental sustainability by lowering carbon emissions, and funded by the German state of Baden-Württemberg and its Foundation for Development and Cooperation (SEZ).
